1 lesson a day (163 Days)

WALK

If you want to take one topic at a time, then the walk is a good pace for you.

On the walking path you will dive into one lesson per day, and you will complete your journey over the course of 163 days.

Each day, each topic will take 10-15 minutes of your time.

2 lessons a day (78 Days)

JOG

The jog moves along the path at a bit quicker pace than the walk. If the jog is right for you, you will explore 2-3 topics each day.

The jog is a time commitment of 30-45 minutes each day. The time spent will be well worth it. At a jogging pace you will make it through the path in 78 days.

1 section a day (32 Days)

SPRINT

If you like to move quickly then the sprint might be perfect for you.

The sprint will get you through one entire section each day, for a total of 32 days. Some days may take 45-60 minutes and others might be a bit longer.
