Salvation Poem

Jesus you died upon a cross
And rose again to save the lost.
Forgive me now of all my sin
Come be my Savior, Lord and Friend.
Change my life and make it new
And help me, Lord, to live for You.

God loves you.

The problem is you and I, all of us, have done and said things that are wrong. This is called sin and our sins separate us from God; the penalty for sin is death.

God sent His Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins.

You can turn from your sins and ask Jesus Christ to be your personal Savior and Lord.

Would you like to pray the salvation prayer above and invite Jesus to be your Savior?

What does the Bible say?

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him would not perish but would have everlasting life."

"But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

"If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

"If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!"

"So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness."

If you want to accept Christ as your Savior and turn from your sins, you can ask Him to be your Savior and Lord by praying this:

Jesus you died upon a cross
And rose again to save the lost.
Forgive me now of all my sin
Come be my Savior, Lord and Friend.
Change my life and make it new
And help me, Lord, to live for You.
